Integral firesleeve Teflon hose assemblies are produced with vulcanized end caps. Cross references are available to most airframe manufacturers as well as to military and other standards. For industrial applications we offer rubber or Teflon hose assemblies, bulk hoses and fittings, and quick-disconnect couplings and adapters. Ground support equipment hoses are built to manufacturer or your specifications.
Clamps and Flanges (Marman, Grimes, Janitrol)
Clamp offerings include V-band couplings, hand clamps, strap assemblies, joints, flanges, and gaskets. These products are available in a wide selection of sizes and configurations, and with single or multiple latch couplings. In addition, brackets and attachments are available in channel-band or flexible coupling joints, in machined and sheet flanges, and with standard quick-disconnect and custom clamps.
Rynglok Tube Repair Systems
Rynglok products offered include industry-approved hydraulic tube repair systems that facilitate permanent repairs while tubing is still on the aircraft. The hydraulic tube repair system is available for all tubing materials and wall thicknesses; tooling is available for O.D. from 3/16 inch to 2 inches. In addition, repair kits can be custom designed.
